Aaron Horn is Founder and CEO of Eos Resources, a training and consulting company. Aaron is a West Point graduate, a combat veteran, and an accomplished leader of startup ventures. Aaron is a proud member of the Chickasaw Nation.
Aaron led multi-national forces in Iraq on a variety of missions, including patrols, raids, and artillery counter fire missions. Aaron was involved with the mission of training Iraqi police and security forces as well as assisting local leaders with community building.
After transitioning from the Army to business, Aaron held the positions of operations engineer, director, vice president, COO, president, and CEO and through these experiences has led companies in several aspects of business, including operations, sales and marketing, business development, fundraising, investor relations, and account management. He has served as President for two startup technology ventures, both of which were cash flow positive within 18 months of inception with significant revenue growth.
Aaron has trained leadership and technical topics all over the world, from Baghdad to Kigali to Houston. In the Army, Aaron was selected to provide a training workshop for officers in charge of mobilizing to support the families of Soldiers involved in mass casualty events. He has taught leadership, conflict resolution, and other topics through a translator in Rwanda and Kenya to security and non-profit organizations, and he has taught oilfield and water management related topics in Houston, Dallas, and other places in the US.
Aaron will soon complete the Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management Masters Program at Southern Methodist University. This program involves the study of psychology, neuroscience, decision making, negotiation, and other topics through the lens of conflict and peacemaking. Through this program, Aaron is certified to mediate in accordance with Section 154.052(a) of Texas Civil Practices and Remedies Code and the Published Texas Mediator Trainers Roundtable Criteria.
